Are Golden Mounts products covered under a warranty?

With the exception of electric and one-way bearing mechanisms, Golden Mounts warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 10 years. All warranties are in effect beginning the date the product was shipped by Golden Mounts. Golden Mounts disclaims liability for any modifications, improper installation and/or installations over the specified weight capacity.

Does Golden Mounts have custom capabilities?

Yes, Golden Mounts have a dedicated custom department that focuses solely on custom AV solutions. We can design and manufacture products or complete projects in accordance with your special requirements.

How about the terms of payment?

The most common payment terms is 30% T/T deposit + 70% T/T upon the copy of shipping documents. L/C at sight is also acceptable.

What is the lead time for the samples and normal order?

The lead time is within one week for samples. And the lead time is around 40 days for new order and 35 days for repeat order.

Can I make a trial order of small quantity before I place a large order?

Trial orders are acceptable for quality evaluation and market research.

Can any model be custom fit to my specifications?

Yes, certain MOQ is required for this request.

Can I make a special order – for example, a standard mount in a different color?

We are ready to work with you to tailor our products for your special needs. In most cases, we can provide special paint, engineering and manufacturing processes. Certain MOQ is required for this request.

Do Golden mounts fit for all the TVs?

Yes, Golden provides universal mounting solutions. We have universal mounting type and standard VESA mounting type. As long as the TVs have mounting holes, you can find the suitable one among Golden mounts.

Can Golden mounts be installed on all types of walls?

The nuts and screws supplied with the mounts are only suitable for constructed surfaces made of: concrete, concrete hollow blocks, heavy solid bricks, wood studs. Accessories are not suitable for attachment to gypsum walls, Autoclub Aerated Concrete or silicate blocks, weak or very old blocks.

Are speaker mounts suitable for all types of speakers?

Most of Golden mounts are tested and found to comply with the world’s leading safety standards for manufacturing mounts for electronic entertainment appliances:

UL – US &Canadastandard. TUV – German standard – the leading safety standard inEurope. TUV standard that requires that the maximum weight load for a mount be 3 times greater than the weight listed on the packaging. UL standard requires that the maximum weight load for a mount to be 4 times greater.

Will Golden mounts hold the weight it states?

Yes, Golden mounts are tested to hold 4 times its stated load capacity.

Will English installation manual be included in packaging?

Yes, each individual packaging will contain a complete and easy-to-use English installation manual.

Is customized installation manual available? What is the MOQ for printing?

Yes, the MOQ for printing is 1000pcs.

Are the installation accessories included in individual packaging?

Yes, each individual packaging will contain accessory pack for installation.

What is the general packaging for Golden products?

Most of Golden products are packed in Gift Boxes. We also provide the following packaging for certain products: Brown Box, White Box, Clam Shell, Blister Card, PET Folded Box, Poly Bag.

Can I have a packaging of my own design?

Yes, we can print packaging in customer design or we can design for customer in accordance with the specified requirements.
